Return and Exchange Policy

At Castaway Creations, we take pride in crafting high-quality, handmade pen blanks and 3D-printed items. Because of the custom and handmade nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However, we want you to love your purchase, so we do offer exchanges under the following conditions:

Exchanges

• Exchanges are available only for unused, unturned blanks in their original condition.

• Requests for exchange must be made within 7 days of delivery.

• To begin an exchange, please contact us at don.castawaycreations@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the items in question.

• You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a replacement blank of equal value will be issued.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and item so we can assist with a replacement claim.

Important Notes

• We cannot accept exchanges for blanks that have been cut, drilled, or turned.

• Variations in swirl design, depth of color, and resin effects are not considered defects.

• 3D-printed blanks require careful, slower turning to prevent delamination. Damage caused by aggressive turning, tool catch, or user error is not covered for replacement.
